MOI 2026 Jan - This half day course aims to equip Officers and SPARKS Girls with the different effective methods of instruction to the Girls in Company meetings, camps and events. Participants will learn basic communication skills, leading icebreakers and managing different scenarios through fun learning activities and practical hands-on session.

Compulsory Ratio (For sending Girls for event) For ALL Brigade Level Camps and Leadership Conferences, the required ratio is 1 officer (must be an officer) for every 8 girls or less attending the event (Compulsory Ratio). She will be assigned the role of facilitator/event support. Facilitator's Commitment: • Facilitators must stay throughout the event to ensure the safety and learning experience of the girls, as well as to assist with event execution. • Facilitators are required to attend the Training/briefing (dates are provided in the GB Calendar). Sparks Girls Must have attended and completed Basic Facilitator workshop to be a facilitator Drill & Game Masters’ Training: 7 February 2026 – 9.00am to 1.00pm Camp Personnels’ Training (For EVERYONE): 28 February 2026 – 9.00am to 1.00pm
